SWIMMER SERVICE & SUPPORT PROGRAM

Nunawading Swimming Club is committed to providing all Club swimmers with a comprehensive and well-supported squad program that focuses on the development of each individual swimmer. The Club has significantly developed its coaching and support structures in recent years and these initiatives have led to strong performances at a State,  National and International level.

The NSC Board allocates money to be directed towards the Swimmer Support program each season.  The funding provides development opportunities identified by the coaching team as being crucial to a swimmer progressing to a high National and VIS level. The program provides support to swimmers, with the goal to provide a pathway of support to each athlete that underpins the support provided by Swimming Victoria and the VIS.
