Entering Competitions

All meets require you to pre-enter before the day.
Each meet will have a closing date, though this is just an indication and quite often meets will close early- so ensure you enter well before the closing date.

Online Entries

Most meets now require you to enter online. Links to online entries can be found on the Nunawading and Swimming Victoria websites competition calendars.
In order to enter online you require your username and password, which you receive when you sign up as a club member. If you are unsure of your username or password please email Kirsty at [email protected] to reset it. You can not enter online if you are not a current club member.

Once you have logged into the meet entry form you will be required to choose which events you would like to enter.You are not required to enter times for online entries as the athletes PB times for each event will be automatically picked up by the online system.You will be required to pay via credit card when entering online.

For meets that have qualifying times in place, you will only be able to enter online if you have a current time equal or faster to the qualifying time on the National database. If you have any questions in regards to entering a meet where you do not meet the qualifying time you are asked to first speak to your coach and then if necessary contact the relevant club, district or association that is running the meet.

Paper Entries

Some club meets may allow you to enter the meet without an official time on the database, even if they have qualifying times in place. These entries will need to be completed on a paper entry form. Please contact the relevant Club/association before entering via a paper entry form if online entries are available. You may also be required to enter via a paper entry form if you are entering a meet using a relay lead off time.

Club and District Meet Individual Entry Form– Only use this form if entering a Club or District meet and you are unable to enter online
