Mangoes are in season!

With their sweet and creamy taste they are a great way to be indulgent whilst still nutritious. Mangoes provide low GI carbohydrates for sustained energy release, plenty of fibre and are low in fat –  the perfect athletes companion.

One mango provides us with 3 times our daily requirement for Vitamins C and A, making them great for the immune system.

Enjoy on its own as a snack, with some Greek yoghurt as dessert, or add to your chicken salad or stir-fry for a tropical spin to your summer meals.
