National Red Squad Coach: Melissa Klamt  melissa.klamt@nunawadingswimmingclub.com

The National Blue Squad and National Red Squad provide coaching and support for swimmers who are fully committed to training and competing at a high National level. These squads cater for athletes aged primarily 14 years and over with athletes training between 7 and 9 pool sessions and 2-3 dryland sessions per week. Individual requirements are determined by the coaches of these squads based on age, personal goals/aspirations, swimming background and ability.
