High Performance Squad

High Performance Squad Coach: Scott Talbot: Scott.Talbot@nunawadingswimmingclub.com

The High Performance Squad is a selection based squad which provides an opportunity for athletes to prepare for competition at the highest levels in our sport.

Athletes in the High Performance Squad must be fully committed to the preparation for major international competitions, and be prepared to work with the High Performance Coach to establish a specific training and competition plan which will give the best possible opportunity to perform at the pinnacle competitions throughout the 4-year cycle.

Our partners Swimming Australia and the VIS provide input and approval for swimmer selection in this squad as part of our high performance agreement with Swimming Australia.
